Easy to Use
The control panel is simple and straightforward. Although, if you have any questions you should refer to the user manual. But once you use it a couple of times, you’ll be able to easily identify the buttons and how to work your Keurig.
Descaling Button
It’s important to regularly clean and descale any coffee machine you have to keep it working like new, keep your coffee tasting delicious, and remove any built-up calcium deposits from water.
The Keurig K-Elite comes with a descaling light that will turn on to remind you when it’s time to descale your machine. That way you never forget and you can keep your Keurig running like new.

What Can Be Improved:
Leaking Issue
Some people have reported that it leaks water. It appears that this was a huge problem a few years ago with specific serial numbers. However, now it seems to be under control but some consumers still complain about this issue.
If you run into it leaking water, contact customer service and have your machine returned and/or replaced. Some people have also said you can possibly fix this glitch with the machine by using water with minerals in it.
